Rick also served as president and CEO of GBS gold from 1998 to 2006 during which time the company raised over 67 million to acquire 2 Australian gold mines. Mr. Wilson is also serving as a independent director of Blacksands Petroleum a company engaged in acquisition and development of oil & gas wells in the state of Texas, and recently is acting president and ceo of Lions Bay Capital corp. a publicly trading venture capital company trading on the tsx venture exchange

Mr. Mueller is a self-employed prospector with over 40 years of experience as an officer and director of public mining companies. He was a miner with United Keno Hills Mines, and was the original staker and founder of the Ruby Creek Molybdenite Deposit in the 1960s (now owned by Adanac Molybdenum Corp.). Mr. Mueller is currently a director of Regent Ventures Ltd. and was a director of Odessa Gold Corp. from 1993 to 2005.
Erik Ostensoe, B.Sc., P.Geo.

Mr. Ostensoe is a self-employed consulting geologist who will advise the Company in its exploration activities. He received his Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in 1960 from the University of British Columbia, and has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C. since 1991.

The primary function of the audit committee (the “Committee”) is to assist the Company’s Board of Directors in fulfilling its financial oversight responsibilities by reviewing the financial reports and other financial information provided by the Company to regulatory authorities and shareholders, the Company’s systems of internal controls regarding finance and accounting and the Company’s auditing, accounting and financial reporting processes. Consistent with this function, the Committee will encourage continuous improvement of, and should foster adherence to, the Company’s policies, procedures and practices at all levels.
